1. LOCATIONS 

 We service all suburbs in the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas.

 

2. DELIVERY / PICK UP 

We offer local pick up from our Gold Coast location in Molendinar. Local Gold Coast Delivery is available for $25. 

 

3. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Gift balloons will look their best for 1-2 days. From that point onwards, it will be difficult to guarantee stand time. It is best to gift the balloon arrangement within 12 hours, otherwise you will risk compromising the quality and stand time of your balloon.

- Temperature and external factors may affect the stand time of your balloon.

- Keep share objects away from the balloon prior to popping

- Always handle the balloon gently, only lift by the box base

- Keep upright

- Keep out of direct sunlight, keep out of air conditioning

 

4. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BALLOON POPS?

Once the balloon has left the care of Balloon Bizi and in the hands of the customer, Balloon Bizi is no longer responsible for the care of the balloon.

If for any reason the customer requires a balloon redo, the customer will incur a redo fee of $50 for the Balloon + Personalisation or $35 for just the balloon.

The customer will also be required to bring the balloon and ALL of its contents back to Balloon Bizi to complete the service again.

Under no circumstance will we pick up the contents from the customer or the recipient. If redelivery is also required this will be at the expense of the customer. 

 

5. CAN I BRING MY OWN ITEMS?

Yes. Our $60 Balloons are the best option for this. Please contact us if you wish to bring your own gifts and are unsure on if it will fit in the balloon - as there are specific size requirements so your gifts fit in the balloon correctly.

 

6. WHAT SIZE ARE THE BALLOONS?

The balloons are 18 inches high.

 

7. CAN I CHANGE/ REFUND MY ORDER?
